Nonmonetized   Jaybird Zen is a nonmonetized organization and website. Everything is free. We do not sell anything, nor do we invite donations, and we do not expect either to change in the future.

Imposters   Jaybird Zen is only located here on this website: jaybirdzen.life. We have previously appeared on Amazon, having published books such as "Ponder the Stone", and on Spotify with "Lob Aired Odd", but our relationships with both Amazon and Spotify have ended. Any other usernames, profile names, gamer tags, links, references, claims, etc. containing the words "Jaybird Zen" are imposters. Genuine emails from us (or representing us) will end in @jaybirdzen.life and be verified, and we never contact anyone by any other method. 

Also, Nirvanamena B is our gamertag (for Xbox only) which we  use for game play. We do not rate, review, comment, or socialize on any platform, except jaybirdzen.life. Anyone claiming the name Nirvanamena B in these cases is also an imposter.

Copyrights   Jaybird Zen owns the copyrights for the following: Jaybird Zen (and its logo), Sheba Jasmine, Earthy Kip, April Nashville, Lob Aired Odd, Kid Brain Interviews, and any other assumed or obviously associated names or content. Feel free to share content, but with appropriate accreditation, dignity, respect, and for free.

Other copyrighted names, brands, or logos that are not owned by Jaybird Zen but are named or referred to on this website should be respected according to their own sites' terms and conditions. These include but are not limited to: LiChess copyrighted by LiChess; Apple Arcade copyrighted by Apple Inc.; Minecraft® copyrighted by Mojang Studios AB; Microsoft; and Pinterest. As far as Jaybird Zen's relationship goes with these companies, no communication or compensation is exchanged.

Privacy   The domain servicer uses cookies to gather information for itself, so we enable the cookie banner. Jaybird Zen does not have access to any of this information, as we prefer to not have a Google Analytics account. Visit as often as you'd like, anonymously.
